How do I get my GNR card replaced without losing any of my visits?
The next time that you visit a Max & Erma’s Restaurant, please inform the manager that you need a new Good Neighbor Rewards card. The manager can do a card exchange for you that day as long as you know the number of your lost or damaged card. If you do not know the card number of the lost or damaged card, please provide the manager with your name, address, and phone number. If your card is not registered, we will not be able to obtain your old account number.


Why am I not receiving ‘Extra Email Rewards’ emails?
1. Check your spam or junk mail folder. If our e-mails are going into bulk or junk mail, add the following email addresses to your safe sender list: promo@max-ermas.com and rewards@max-ermas.com.
2. Log-in with your username and password to make sure that your e-mail address is correct and updated.  Also, confirm you have checked the check box 'Please inform me about special offers' on the edit account page. 


Can I have a duplicate card or link another card to my account?
We cannot issue multiple cards to one Good Neighbor, but you can link your card to other family members' cards. While your visits will accumulate together, please note that once your cards are linked, they become a single account, and only one loaded reward per account applies.  


How do I register my Good Neighbor Rewards card?
Click here to register your new card. The instructions will guide you through the registration process. If the 'Register Your New Card' page does not appear, your pop-up blocker may be enabled. To display the page, hold down the control key while clicking on the link and this window should open.


Can I sign up for my Good Neighbor Rewards card online?
Yes! Sign up here and you will receive a temporary card number via e-mail; you can take it to your favorite Max & Erma’s Restaurant* to get your permanent Good Neighbor Rewards card.
*Excludes airport locations and Casino Aztar.

 

How do I log into my account online?
To log into your account, click here.


If this is your first time logging in and we registered for you:

  • Your username is the first letter of your first name, your last name and your 5 digit zip code.
  • Your password is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name and your 5 digit zip code.
  • Example: John Smith's zip code is 43017; his username is jsmith43017 and his password is js43017.


If you registered your card yourself online and cannot recall your password, you can choose to reset your password on the log in page and a temporary password will be emailed to you.


What can I do once I log in to my account?
You can view your transaction history, check your account balance and edit your account information.  Make sure your email address is included in your account and you will be eligible for Extra Email Rewards.


How can I add my email address to my account?
Once you have logged into your account, choose the Edit Your Account Information option. From here you may update, add or change any of your personal information.
