Max & Erma’s supports organizations that benefit children and education in the communities that we do business. Max & Erma's donations are not intended to be used by individuals or groups collecting personal or corporate profit.

Max & Erma’s coupons are a great way to thank volunteers, award event participants & give as a gift at your event.

Max & Erma’s produces the following coupons:

• Free Kid’s Meal with an adult entrée purchase
• Free All-You-Can- Eat Kid’s Sundae Bar with purchase of an entrée
• Free Order of Warm Chocolate Chip Cookies with food purchase

In the event that Max & Erma’s stock is depleted your request may be replaced with a comparable coupon. Please note that Max & Erma’s no longer produces Cheers for Volunteers coupons.

If you would like to request coupons for your event, please submit a donation application. Please click here for the Donation Request. To be considered, all requests must allow a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Information provided on the application will be used to help us evaluate your organization's request and communicate our donation procedures.

Due to the volume of requests Max & Erma's receives, we are unable to respond to every request. A Max & Erma’s representative will contact you within 2 weeks if we are able to fulfill your request.
